重磅！西安光机所成功研制国内首个光阴极X射线管

近日，西安光机所光电子学研究室联合条纹相机工程中心，研制出国内首个光阴极X射线管。该光阴极X射线管出射X射线强度可调，能量范围宽（1keV～100keV），脉冲宽度窄（可达皮秒量级），该技术成功打破其它国家技术垄断。

传统的X射线管采用热阴极方式发射电子，电子再被高压电场加速轰击金属靶产生X射线。由于热阴极X射线管能耗高、电子束流强度与脉冲宽度调制困难，在某些特殊应用领域受到了极大限制。

       而在光阴极X射线管中，电子发射单元由传统的热阴极改为对光敏感的光阴极，出射X射线的强度和时间特性完全由调制光信号的特征决定，因此，光阴极X射线管的响应速度得到了大大提升。 未来，利用该技术可望实现通信速率Gbps量级的空间X射线通信应用，同时还可应用在医学动态CT、辐射定标和闪烁体余辉测量等多个领域，对相关学科的交叉融合与持续发展产生极大的推动作用。

       多年来，光电子学研究室瞄准重大科技前沿和国民经济需求，致力于X射线产生、聚焦、探测等技术领域研究，凝聚了一支年轻的科研团队，在X射线脉冲星导航技术，X射线空间通信等研究方面取得了一系列的科研成果，助力X射线相关技术成为西安光机所独具特色的研究方向。
